Upon my recent stay at Hoja De Oro Corcovado, I found a commendable balance between luxury and value in a property that is pale from the outside but surprises within. The clean, spacious room was a welcome haven after a day of exploration, featuring effective air conditioning-an essential during humid days in December. the staff's kindness and flexibility were a highlight. They even assisted us in retrieving a forgotten bag from a previous stay and arranged our fun-filled Sloth Tour at La Perica effortlessly. The breakfast options, with tea and coffee facilities, made mornings here pleasantly easy, and the suggestions for nearby restaurants added local flavor to our stay. While the traffic noise from the street may detract from the immersive experience, the hotel compensates with excellent amenities like a flat-screen TV and a service that provided luggage storage during our Corcovado tour. For those seeking a hotel that balances modern comfort with historical charm while remaining budget-conscious, Hoja De Oro Corcovado is quite worthy. It's a cozy retreat that indeed makes traveling feel all the more worthwhile.
